Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves working with members of a family to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Elizabeth focuses on understanding and addressing the dynamics within the family system, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting the overall well-being of the family unit. Family counseling recognizes that issues affecting one family member can have ripple effects on the entire family, and it aims to create positive change through collaboration and support.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses play and creative activities as a means of communication and expression, especially for children ages 3 through 12. It is based on the understanding that children may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally and that play is their natural language. Elizabeth uses various play techniques to help children process emotions, develop coping strategies, and address psychological challenges.
