Individual Therapy

Individual therapy/counseling is a form of psychological support where Elizabeth, LMHC will work with an individual client to help them address and overcome personal challenges, emotional difficulties, or mental health issues. Family Therapy

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves working with members of a family to improve communication and resolve conflicts. Elizabeth focuses on understanding and addressing the dynamics within the family system, fostering healthier relationships, and promoting the overall well-being of the family unit. Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses play and creative activities as a means of communication and expression, especially for children ages 3 through 12. It is based on the understanding that children may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally and that play is their natural language. Elizabeth uses various play techniques to help children process emotions, develop coping strategies, and address psychological challenges.
